Jumping In with Both Feet

Now that you have a strong and sturdy structure, it’s time to forge forward and make your efforts count by jumping in with both feet. Sometimes the fear of the unknown may be the reason for your hesitation. After all, when situations leave us emotionally damaged, we feel defeated and uncertain.

Even though you have taken measures to put your mental headspace back together, you may still lack the will to take the next step. You may tell yourself that treading carefully has gotten you this far and that it’s okay if you continue to coast for another few miles.

But at the risk of undoing all of the hard work you’ve done and getting burned out from creeping along carefully, you must dig deep to gather your resolve and jump in with both feet.

What exactly is jumping in with both feet, you might ask? Simply put, it’s owning the hurdle that broke you by jumping into the time and commitment required for you to be fixed.
